Membership FAQs
Choose a 3 or 6 month plan and pay for the membership period upfront. Credit 1 is released once the signup payment is confirmed, then one new credit is released each month.
You choose the fragrance yourself from the eligible products in the collection linked to your membership. Standard and Absolute memberships use separate credit types.
Unused released credits remain available for up to 90 days, with the oldest eligible credit used first.
Your chosen term renews for the same term unless cancelled before renewal. Any plan change is intended to take effect at your next renewal.
Yes. Membership credits only cover eligible membership fragrances. Other products can be added to the same order and paid for normally.
Standard membership credits are for eligible 30% fragrances. Absolute membership credits are for eligible 50% Barcode Absolute fragrances. The credit types cannot be swapped.
