How much does a wedding fragrance bar cost?
Our experiences start from approximately £4 per guest, with a minimum event spend of £700.
The final price depends on your guest numbers, bottle size, selected packaging, personalisation, event location and any additional requirements. Once we have your event details, we will provide a clear, personalised quotation with no hidden surprises.
Will there be long queues?
Our fragrance collection, guest journey and staffing are planned around your guest numbers.
Guests sample a carefully selected range before choosing their favourite, while our attendants prepare and present the fragrance. For larger events, we may recommend additional attendants or a longer service period to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
How long will The Fragrance Lounge remain open?
The service period is based on your selected package, guest numbers and event schedule.
Your quotation will confirm the agreed operating time. For larger events, we may recommend extending the service period to make sure every guest has an opportunity to visit the lounge.
Can The Fragrance Lounge be set up outdoors?
Outdoor setups may be possible where suitable shelter, level flooring and protection from direct sunlight, wind and rain are available.
Because fragrances and personalised packaging must be protected from changing weather conditions, every outdoor arrangement is reviewed individually with the couple and venue.
What about guests with fragrance sensitivities?
Participation is completely optional, and fragrances are sampled within the designated lounge area rather than being sprayed throughout the venue.
Where sensitivity is a concern, we can discuss positioning The Fragrance Lounge in a spacious or well-ventilated area and keeping fragrance testing controlled. Relevant fragrance and allergen information can also be made available upon request.
How do we secure our event date?
The first step is to contact us with your event date, venue location and estimated guest count.
We will discuss the available options and arrange your fragrance consultation. Once you are happy with your fragrances and selected experience, we will issue an invoice. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance normally due one month before the event.
Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed where required.

Everything is managed by our team, allowing you to enjoy your celebration without worrying about the setup or guest experience.
How many fragrances can we choose?
Most couples select six fragrances for their event. This provides guests with a varied collection without making the choice overwhelming.
You can select a balanced combination of feminine, masculine and unisex fragrances from our extensive collection of more than 70 scents. We will guide you through the selection during your fragrance consultation.
What size fragrance will each guest receive?
Guests receive 10 ml fragrance favour.
The 10 ml option provides guests with a more substantial fragrance gift they can continue enjoying after the event.

Our team travels directly to your chosen venue and manages the setup, guest experience and pack-down. When preparing your quotation, we consider the event location, travel distance, access times and any accommodation or specialist transport that may be required. Any additional travel-related costs will always be explained clearly before you confirm your booking.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The Fragrance Lounge can be arranged for both intimate celebrations and large events.
We tailor the quantity of fragrance, number of attendants and service time around your expected guest count. For larger celebrations, additional attendants or service points may be recommended to keep the experience flowing smoothly.

I’ve compared Rouge Crystalle by Barcode Fragrances with Baccarat Rouge 540, and for the price difference, this genuinely surprised me.
You get that same beautiful sweet, airy amber-woody feel with the saffron and jasmine coming through, and once it settles on the skin, it gives off that instantly recognisable Baccarat Rouge style.
Baccarat Rouge 540 is currently around £265 for 70ml, whereas Rouge Crystalle is only £39.99 for 50ml — and Barcode have made theirs at a 30% extrait concentration.
For me, if you love the Baccarat Rouge 540 scent profile but can’t justify spending over £250 on a bottle, Rouge Crystalle is seriously worth trying.
The difference in price is huge. The difference in the experience? Nowhere near as big as I expected.
